The fun theory
Oh, the link attached to my title really made my evening. I hope that y'all enjoy it as much as I did. Now how do we go about making chemotherapy that fun? I'm thinking a portable DVD player and lots of Paul Gross or Hugh Laurie or Nathan Filion or Viggo Mortensen. I'm not too picky!

Wow, that's fantastic. The two coolest things I've seen today have both been ads: this one and the Go Forth Levi's commercial with Walt Whitman's actual voice.
Paul Gross is my tv boyfriend; just watched all 3 seasons of Slings & Arrows again. I would lay in a supply of eye candy and other amusements.
Thinking about you, and following along here.
Take good care and say hi to yr big old meatloaf of a mutt for me.
Hi Regina
Now that I am at home all day, I can be useful, I hope. Do you need rides? House help? Laundry? Meals? Hand-holding? Just email me at marciacecil@hotmail.com. BTW, my sister Laurie found that eating really soft food, i.e., scrambled eggs, milkshakes etc (starting a couple of days before chemo) was helpful with the mouth sores - seems that many of the foods we normally eat have miniscule sharp edges that create tiny scratches.
You've got good care providers and lots of people praying for you - stay strong - -
Marcia
Thanks Marcia. We'll see how it goes in the next couple weeks.
Moe, that *was* a great link! Thanks for it.
Thinking of you and always hoping the best.
Oh those Swedes. One more example of the power of music.
